Who we are
Close enough to the campus-to-industry transition to remember exactly what confused us. Far enough in to know what actually mattered. We teach from having recently walked the same path your students are on.
The fellowship
We're a small group of engineers still doing the job, shipping code, reviewing pull requests, sitting on hiring panels. The Fellowship isn't a company. It's a practitioner-led initiative: working engineers who carve out time to share the specific things we wish someone had told us.

Where we come from
The foundation
We studied engineering, built systems, wrote code, and shipped products. That's the foundation everything else in our careers is built upon.
The added lens
Some of us also trained at India's top management institutes, not to pivot away from engineering, but to understand how companies hire, evaluate, and decide.

That combined vantage — building the systems and understanding the hiring machine — is what makes our sessions different.
The concrete proof
This is what proximity plus experience looks like in practice. Not just career advice, lived-it-on-both-ends pattern recognition.
We went through the same interviews, the same rejection loops, the same "what are they actually looking for?" confusion.
We're the ones running hiring panels and deciding who gets the yes. We know what signals earn it, and what mistakes quietly end it.
Why proximity matters
Current
What's being tested in interviews right now, what's actually used on the job right now, what students waste time on right now. The landscape shifts fast; proximity keeps it honest.
Specific
We name the blind spots, the skills students assume they'll pick up, the questions interviewers actually ask, the portfolio mistakes that silently filter them out.
Relatable
We still speak the language your students speak. We remember the confusion, the overthinking, the specific moment something clicked. That makes sessions land differently.
Tell us about your batch, we'll recommend a talk and shape it to fit.
